Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days after payment is received.
- Processing time may be extended if:
- Your order contains pre-order items;
- The shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect;
- Certain products are temporarily out of stock and awaiting restocking.
- All orders must be fully paid before processing begins. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled, and the reserved products may be released for public sale.
- If your order is cancelled due to non-payment, you will need to place a new order if you wish to purchase the item again.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately according to product availability. Additional shipping charges may apply for multiple shipments.

to view your order history, payment status, and shipping information.

Delivery Information
- For shipments delivered by your local postal service, please collect your parcel within the pickup period specified by your local post office (typically 7 days). Unclaimed parcels may be returned to the sender.
- If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first contact your local post office or courier company.
- If your international package has not arrived 30 days after shipment, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in investigating the shipment with the courier.
Lost Package & Compensation
If the courier officially confirms that your package has been lost, we will submit a compensation claim on your behalf.
Please note:
- Investigation and claim processing generally take up to 30 days, depending on the courier.
- Compensation will be issued after the courier completes the investigation.
- The refund amount will be based on the compensation approved by the courier and the insured value declared for the shipment.
- Compensation may not equal the full purchase price if the declared value is lower than the actual order value.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
To help reduce potential import duties or customs charges, customers may request a preferred declared value and package description before the order is shipped.
Please note:
- The shipping insurance value will be based on the declared value selected by the customer.
- If the parcel is lost or damaged during transit, compensation will be calculated according to the insured declared value.
YXCarModel is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
