Please note that the pick-up period for local postal parcels is 7 days. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the sender's post office instead of the nearby post office.
Meanwhile, if you have not received the package since the date of arrival, please contact your local post office or courier company.
For international packages, if you have not received the package after 30 days, please contact us. We will assist you in tracking your package with relevant courier companies. If it is confirmed that the package is lost, we will make a compensation claim to the courier company, and the compensation amount will be determined according to the courier company's regulations.
Compensation investigations typically require 30 days or less. When we receive the compensation documents, we will refund the corresponding amount. Please note that the refund amount may not be fully paid; We will provide the refund amount displayed on the official invoice of the courier company and provide corresponding compensation.
International taxation and tariffs:
Before submitting the order, please select the total value and type of the package. We will mark the value of your email according to your requirements to help avoid excessive taxes or tariffs.
Equally important is to note that the insurance we purchase depends on the value chosen by the buyer. This will affect the compensation value in case of damage during transportation.
