Returns & Refund Policy

At Yuxuan, we are committed to providing high-quality collectible models. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Return Period
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging must be intact and included

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products
• Items damaged due to misuse

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.

Depending on the situation, we will offer an appropriate solution, including:

• Replacement of the product or missing parts
• Partial compensation
• Full refund

5. Accessories & Parts Replacement
If any accessories are missing or damaged, please contact our customer service team. Replacement parts may be shipped with your next order where applicable.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Condition of Returned Items
Customers are responsible for properly packaging the return. If an item is damaged during the return shipping due to insufficient packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or apply a partial refund.

8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

9. Important Notes
Due to the nature of collectible models, minor variations in paint, finishing, or packaging are considered normal and not defects.
