We haven't received the model car.
First of all, when ordering we got an immediate confirmation of the order, but then a few days later I got told via WhatsApp that it was actually not available any more, as the inventory of the shop isn't maintained.
After demanding a refund I got told, I need to pay more than formerly advertised in the shop and then I would receive the model car. I would have refused, but as it's a present for my dad I agreed upon the extra charge.
After paying the surcharge, the seller said, he is shipping the model car "today" which was on the 10th of September. However, according to DHL, the instruction data for the shipment have been provided by the sender on the 20th of September, only. So, a total of 10 days later.
The shipment time was announced to be 7-10 days. Now, it's the 27th of September, almost 3 weeks, and no delivery in sight. No information by the seller, nor by DHL.
